📢 Free Dr Bike Health Checks Coming to Thornbury! 🚲
South Gloucestershire Council will be running a free Dr Bike session on Saturday 5 September as part of the Love Thornbury event on Thornbury High Street.
🔧 At a Dr Bike session, a qualified bicycle mechanic will:
- Check your bike's condition
- Carry out minor repairs such as puncture repairs
- Adjust brakes and gears
- Fit brake blocks and replace cables
- Provide advice on bike maintenance and potential issues
While the mechanic may be able to check bikes for people who turn up on the day, booking a slot in advance is strongly recommended.
