Casual Vacancy Notice
A casual vacancy has arisen on the Town Council following the resignation of a councillor. The Council is seeking to fill this vacancy in accordance with the Local Government Act 1972. Local electors are invited to request an election to fill the vacancy, or, if no election is called, the Council may appoint a suitable person by co-option.
